By using Niro, you agree to the following terms.

Use of the App

Niro is provided as a free application for discovering and tracking anime and manga content.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse the app, its services, or third-party APIs.

Content & Data

Niro does not host its own anime or manga database. All content is sourced from third-party APIs, including:

• MyAnimeList
• AniList
• Jikan API

Niro is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these services.

Content displayed in the app is provided by these third-party services. Niro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

Account & Sync

Niro may allow users to connect their MyAnimeList account to sync anime and manga data.

• Authentication is handled securely via MyAnimeList
• Niro does not store your personal account data on its own servers
• Any synced data is fetched directly from third-party services

Future integrations (such as AniList login) may be added under similar conditions.

No Data Storage

Niro does not maintain a backend database of user information.

Any data used within the app is either:

• Retrieved from third-party APIs, or
• Temporarily cached on the user's device for performance purposes

Donations

Niro may include an option to support the developer through voluntary donations.

Donations are completely optional and do not unlock additional features or functionality.

Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services such as MyAnimeList, AniList, Jikan API, and Sentry.

By using Niro, you acknowledge that these services may process limited technical or usage data according to their own privacy policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or overload third-party APIs through the app
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms

Availability

Niro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will always be available
• The app will be free from bugs or interruptions
• The content will always be accurate or up to date

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niro shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the app
• Errors or inaccuracies in content
• Service interruptions or API failures

Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
